I offer therapy to adults and young people (16+) in Winchester, both face-to-face and online. I provide a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to help you explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Using modalities like Transactional Analysis, IFS, Gestalt, Existential, CBT, and Psychodynamic, I can support you in building healthier relationships and improving your overall well-being.
Qualifications
I am a qualified Counsellor and a member of the BACP, abiding by their code of ethics which can be found by clicking the below 'learn more' tab. My qualifications are: FdA Humanistic Counselling based on Transactional Analysis, NCFE CACHE Level 2 Understanding Children and Young People's Mental Health, Counselling Skills Level 2 and 3
Face to Face
I offer in person counselling sessions from my private practice in Winchester, not far from the city centre. Sessions take place in my garden office which offers an inviting and confidential space. It is on a regular bus route and there is also plenty of parking.
Online/ Phone
Sessions can also take place online or via phone. I use a secure health professional platform for video sessions that requires no downloading. Just click the link that you receive in the confirmation email to join the session. Please make sure you are in a confidential space where you feel safe and able to talk freely.
